Processing of Orders
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. If you place an order on a non-business day, we will process the order within the next two business days.
Address Details
Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Salon Eleven Rowville is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
Postage
Orders from Salon Eleven Rowville are shipped via Australia Post and are usually sent within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 business days.
Shipping cost does not include insurance.
